Про це розповіла технічний директор Fire Point Ірина Терех на пресконференції під час військової виставки MSPO 2025, повідомляє «Мілітарний». Перші версії ракети через заводську помилку вийшли рожевого кольору, тому її назвали Фламінго. Чутки про «фактор Міндіча» у справах компанії ходили по ринку ще до того, як Fire Point почала фігурувати у новинах, а НАБУ опублікувало першу частину «плівок» по «Енергоатому».

Спочатку команда розробила дрон FP-1, який згодом довів свою ефективність на полі бою. Fire Point, виробник українських крилатих ракет «Фламінго», наразі використовує запас старих турбореактивних авіадвигунів, які, за словами технічного директора компанії, знайшли буквально «на смітнику». Але цей запас не є нескінченним, тому Fire Point будує новий завод, який планують запустити вже наступного року. Fire Point оголосив про намір зробити FP-1 відкритим до масштабування або, як каже Терех, «народним дроном». Ідея в тому, щоб інші виробники, за певних умов, теж могли його виробляти для фронту.

Через війну та обмежену допомогу від партнерів Україна стала світовим центром оборонних інновацій. Мета полягає в тому, щоб зрівнятися, а краще – перевершити можливості Росії.

Водночас безпілотник FP-1 – це цілком логічна модель дрона для закупівлі у великих обсягах, принаймні у рамках обраної стратегії. З наступного року в продаж надійде просунута версія з додатковими функціями – вона вже буде дорожчою. Fire Point має намір продовжувати свою експансію в Європу, зберігаючи кістяк своїх спроможностей в Україні. За словами Терех, менеджмент замовив великі перевірки від міжнародних аудиторських компаній з «великої четвірки». Сьогодні Fire Point є одним з головних виробників дронів типу deep strike – тих самих, що завдають ударів углибину Росії.

Хто стоїть за розробкою

Ракета буде менш помітною для ППО, якщо літатиме на наднизьких висотах, що своєю чергою залежить від наявності та якості окремих компонентів. Все це контрастувало з реальністю, адже випадків ефективного застосування вітчизняні OSINT-аналітики не помічали. Навіть на дотик помітно, що дрони зроблені з дуже простих та дешевих матеріалів, які ми щодня зустрічаємо в цивільному житті. В цьому полягає ідея Fire Point – зробити дешево і масово, без широкого залучення висококваліфікованих робітників. Передній та задній обтікачі також вироблені з радіопрозорого матеріалу.

Допомагають у цьому вихідці з одного з верстатобудувальних українських підприємств. Працівників Fire Point хоч і багато, але вони не здатні витягнути весь масштаб замовлення самотужки. Тому поряд з’явились десятки українських державних та приватних компаній-підрядників, які виготовляють різні компоненти та теж зростають завдяки цій співпраці. До цього з одного боку спонукає дефіцит ресурсів, втрачені за роки незалежності технології та виїзд вузькопрофільних спеціалістів за кордон. А з іншого – масштаби війни, що змушують шукати дешеву та масову зброю.

Головне чітко розуміти, наскільки ті чи інші зв’язки вибиваються з «норми» і наскільки допомагають або шкодять нашій обороноздатності. Розібратись у цьому – головний виклик для українського суспільства та інституцій, які залишаються демократичними, не дивлячись на чотири роки воєнного стану. Зараз компанія заявляє про розробку балістичних ракет FP-7 (до 200 км) та FP-9 (до 850 км). Концепт такий же – доступність технологій та максимальна простота у виробництві. Від землі «Фламінго» відривається завдяки «бустеру» власного виробництва компанії. Наразі заявлена система навігації – інерціальна + GPS із захистом від РЕБ за допомогою CRPA-антени.

Терех пояснює, що вони довго приховували Штілермана як головного бенефіціара, бо у нього було російське громадянство, а його сім’я якийсь час продовжувала жити в Росії після 2022 року. Значна частина цих двигунів перебуває в «нейтральних країнах», тож їх закупівлі можуть завадити росіяни через дипломатичний тиск. Наприклад, одного разу вони зірвали перемовини з постачання для України літаків. Отримання цих грошей стало можливим за активного сприяння влади. Український уряд влаштував велику дипломатичну спецоперацію з залучення західних грошей в оборонну промисловість, у якій брали участь усі ключові органи влади, посли й навіть президент.

Шлях від сотень вироблених бортів до десятків тисяч компанія пройшла дуже швидко. Головний «драйвер» подальшого бурхливого розвитку Fire Point – отримання величезного державного замовлення у кінці 2024 року, загальний обсяг якого вимірюється сотнями мільйонів доларів. За законом, компанія має право закладати в ціну товару прибуток до 25% від собівартості, який вона може інвестувати у розвиток. Це і стало головним інвестиційним ресурсом для побудови бізнесу. Цікава компанія і тим, що значною мірою була зрощена за гроші західних партнерів. Оцінка ефективності ракетної програми є важливою, але вона не повинна бути емоційною.

Відтоді «піковий туз» є елементом символіки на шевронах компанії. Розробка високоточних крилатих і балістичних ракет – це найвища ліга виробництва озброєнь. Фінансування від західних партнерів отримує ціла низка українських оборонних компаній, тож мова далеко не тільки про безпілотники FP-1. Наприклад, багато грошей за цими програмами також отримав КЗВВ – виробник САУ «Богдана».

Менеджери медійно захищаються, збирають 3-годинні прес-конференції, відповідають на всі питання та витрачають багато сил, щоб відмежуватись від цих звинувачень і мінімізувати шкоду для репутації компанії. Наразі НАБУ продовжує розслідування щодо постачання дронів для української армії компанією Fire Point. Виявлення можливих порушень у ціновій політиці та обсягах постачань є критично важливим для забезпечення законності та прозорості в оборонних закупівлях. Компанія заперечує всі звинувачення, наголошуючи на існуванні системних перевірок та внутрішніх контролюючих процедур. Зокрема основна частина фюзеляжу типу монокок вироблена методом намотування склопластикового корпусу коконом.
